DriveAgent Travel stores the information you choose to use for planning: your destination, dates, guests, budget, interests, conversation and scheduled places.

Saved in this browser’s private session

A secure, HttpOnly cookie connects this browser to your saved trip. Its opaque value is not placed in page links or exposed to the chat model. The server stores a digest of that value. Trips expire after 30 days without a successful update; expired records are removed in bounded cleanup batches.

Anyone using this browser profile may have access to its saved plan. Clearing browser data can remove your access. Private browser-only plans have no account recovery; shared trips use a separate verified-email account. Use Clear saved trip in the planner to remove the active trip and conversation. Routine infrastructure backups may retain previous data according to their retention settings.

Trips shared with family and friends

Shared trips use your verified email, name and a secure sign-in session. Your email is used for verification and invitation matching, and is not shown in the group member list. Our transactional email provider delivers single-use sign-in links. Invitations expire after seven days; reusable links require organizer approval. Only admitted members can read the shared conversation, suggestions, votes, route and itinerary. Their role controls what they can change.

Shared trips expire after 180 days without activity. Up to 2,000 recent messages are retained; older messages fall out of the conversation. You can leave a trip, and the organizer can remove members, transfer ownership or delete the trip. Removal blocks future access but cannot retract content someone has already downloaded. Deletion revokes access before bounded storage cleanup; routine backups may retain earlier data. Presence is temporary. Importing a private plan excludes its conversation.

Ordinary group messages do not invoke AI. An explicit concierge request shares the relevant recent group conversation and trip details with Cloudflare Workers AI. Proposed changes require an authorized person to apply them. Resolved start, destination and stop coordinates are sent to the routing provider only when calculating a road route. No live location tracking is used.

What the planning assistant uses

Cloudflare Workers AI processes your current request, trip preferences, a short recent conversation and identifiers/names of relevant returned places to interpret your request. The server validates the result. The model does not receive supplier keys, browser session credentials, dealer data or payment details. Please avoid putting sensitive personal or payment information into chat.

Travel providers and directions

Accommodation searches send the destination or selected property, dates, guest counts, children’s ages and lead-guest nationality to our accommodation provider. Price and availability checks are bounded server-side. Selecting a stay does not create a reservation.

Opening a source link or Google Maps directions shares the location information in that link with the destination service. Directions only open when you select the link. DriveAgent does not collect payment-card details in this planner.

Approximate location and discovery

On Cloudflare, we use the approximate Australian city and state associated with your request to suggest nearby destinations. This is network-based, not GPS, and can be inaccurate. The location response exposes no IP address or precise coordinates. Your chosen destination takes priority, and you can search anywhere in Australia. Local development uses no simulated personal location.

Discovery uses public property information already held in our permitted cache. Prices and availability require a separate search with your dates and guests. Recent destination names are saved in this browser; use Clear recent destinations in the location menu to remove them.

Usage protection

The server uses short-lived, hashed request-limit keys derived from network identifiers to protect the planner and provider budgets. These identifiers are not described as anonymous. Conversations and trip contents are not intentionally recorded in application error logs, and private trip responses are not publicly cached.

Read the DriveAgent platform privacy policy or contact DriveAgent about your information. The travel planner does not give other dealers access to your saved trip or draw on their private customer data.
